Q. What happens when I exceed my monthly quota? Does my quota rollover?
Should you exceed your monthly quota, your service will be rate limited to 64/64K. Your unused quota does not rollover into the following month.
Q. What are the installation charges on Inticon Ultrafast SSS Plans? Are there any extra charges or legal information I should be aware of?
If you are connecting a new Broadband service, a connection fee of $93.50 applies. If you are moving from an existing provider that supports Fast Churn there is a connection fee of $38.50. Q. Do I require an active phoneline to use Inticon Ultrafast Broadband
Yes. All services require an active service to which the Broadband service can be connected. Note that Inticon Ultrafast Naked services will have the voice component of the phone line terminated at the time of provisioning.
Q. Does my Ultrafast service receive with a static IP?
Yes. A static IP is provided and RDNS changes can be submitted to our helpdesk free of charge.
