Q. What is the difference between Inticon Everyday Broadband Plans?Inticon Everyday Broadband plans are differentiated by speed (Ie. 256/64K) and Quota (Ie. 10GB).
Q. What happens when I exceed my monthly quota? Does my quota rollover?
Should you exceed your monthly quota, your service will be rate limited to 64/64K. Your unused quota does not rollover into the following month.
Q. What are the installation charges? Are there any extra charges or legal information I should be aware of?
If you are connecting a new Broadband service, a connection fee of $93.50 applies. If you are moving from an existing provider that supports Fast Churn there is a connection fee of $38.50. Yes. In the event your phoneline is terminated while an Inticon Everyday Broadband service is active, early termination and reconnection fees may apply.

Yes. A static IP is provided and RDNS changes can be submitted to our helpdesk free of charge.
